This is a Boosey and Hawkes EDGEWARE Clarinet.

Circa 1980 these were "step up" wooden instruments at the time but have proved that they are a lot more robust than current student instruments available today.

Made of Grenadilla wood with a nice warm sound.

Stripped, cleaned and professionally rebuilt by our in store clarinet technician, this instrument plays perfectly and comes with our famous 12 month warranty!

Includes protective case, mouthpiece and care kit.

*REFURBISHED - a refurbished instrument has (at the very least) been stripped, washed, cleaned, polished, professionally rebuilt and set up to play perfectly. Worn corks, felts and pads will have been replaced, spring tensions balanced, key heights adjusted etc. Some instruments will have been completely overhauled using all new pads - any specialist work or customization will be included in the instrument description.
