This is a C. G. Conn "Transitional period" alto sax made in 1932 in USA - it has all the characteristics o a 6M Ladyface as opposed to the New Wonder II type o transitional models,

It has been fully restored with premium calf pads -stripped, washed and rebuilt - a fantastic player - perfectly set up!

This one plays incredibly well - super slick, positive action, spot on intonation and an absolute classic, killer, Conn tone! A big spread but punchy tone - like all of these "early" 6M styles.

Very nice condition, an early factory relacquer and the original micro tuner neck device has been removed - a few little scuffs here and there but nothing serious and nothing that effects playability. A great looking horn with a very cool vintage vibe!
